Coin Policy

1. What coins are

Coins are a licence to unlock content inside the app. They are not money or electronic money, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to others, exchanged for cash or used outside toonyin.

2. Types of coins

• Purchased coins: from top-ups whose slip was verified. They never expire.
• Bonus coins: from package bonuses, the first top-up bonus, check-ins, missions or the team. They expire 30 days after they are granted; the app warns you before they expire.
• Spending order: bonus coins first (soonest expiry first), then purchased coins.

3. Topping up

Pay with PromptPay for the amount shown on the QR, then upload the slip. It is verified automatically. If the bank cannot confirm yet, the system retries and notifies you when done. Duplicate slips, transfers to the wrong account and slips older than the order get no coins; an amount that does not match goes to the team for review.

If you transferred money but did not receive coins, contact the team on LINE with your order number. We will check and add the coins if the transfer is genuine.

4. Unlocked episodes

Episodes you unlock with coins belong to your account and can be rewatched forever at no extra cost. Unlocking a whole series charges only the episodes still locked, at the price shown before you confirm.

Auto-unlock is off by default and works only if you turn it on yourself.

5. Refunds

Purchased coins cannot be refunded in cash unless the law requires it. If a verified top-up did not credit coins because of a system error, we fix it by adding the missing coins.

If a series is removed from the service, episodes you unlocked in it are refunded as bonus coins.

6. Suspension and deletion

Accounts found to be committing fraud or using coins dishonestly may be suspended, and coins may be frozen during the investigation.

When you delete your account, all remaining coins end and cannot be recovered. The app shows your balance before you confirm.

7. Prices and tax

Package prices are shown in Thai baht in the app. We may change package prices and coin amounts in future without affecting coins you already own.
