toonyin ("we") provides short original horror-comedy animation through this web app. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

1. Accounts

You can watch free episodes without signing up. A visitor account is created automatically when you save a series, keep a history or unlock an episode with coins you already own.

Topping up coins, commenting, claiming rewards and editing your profile require signing in with Google. When you sign in, what you did as a visitor moves to your account.

The service is for people aged 13 and over. Users under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian’s consent.

You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for everything done in your account.

2. Content and copyright

All animation, images, audio, characters, logos and content in the service belong to us or are licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to watch through the service only.

Do not screen-record, download, copy, republish or modify videos and images.
Do not circumvent or decrypt content protection, and do not use bots or scripts to access the service.
Sharing a link to a series or episode with friends is fine.

3. Coins and payment

Some episodes need coins to unlock. Coins are bought with PromptPay and the transfer slip is verified automatically. Details are in the Coin Policy, which is part of these terms.

Prices and packages are shown in the app before every payment. We may change prices and packages for future purchases; coins you already own are not affected.

4. Comments and conduct

You are responsible for the comments you post. We may hide or delete content that breaks the rules below and may restrict commenting or suspend the account.

No unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening or hateful content.
No advertising, spam or external links.
No story spoilers without the spoiler label.
No impersonating the team or other people.

5. Reporting content

Every comment has a report button. When a report confirms that content is unlawful or breaks these terms, we hide it promptly and within 24 hours, and we keep a record of the action.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the system or attempt fraud. You can delete your account yourself in Settings > Delete account. Remaining coins end when the account is deleted.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice if purchased coins are affected.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and show the date of the latest update on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and disputes belong to the Thai courts.
